We are seeking seasoned consultants with expertise in ERP systems to support our team in creating a comprehensive Request for Proposal. This part-time consulting engagement is ideal for experts with strong domain knowledge who can guide RFP structuring, requirement articulation, and vendor evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Provide domain and product expertise in ERP to shape the RFP scope.
  • Assist in drafting functional and technical requirements for implementation.
  • Define vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices.
  • Review and validate RFP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Offer insights on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to ERP.
  • Support ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
