Job Title:

We are seeking seasoned Engineering Leaders to spearhead multiple projects and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Own product and project commitments, lead diverse teams, formulate strategies, and coordinate with other managers.
  • Project Delivery: Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  • Design and Code Reviews: Define NFRs, build systems that meet requirements, perform design and code reviews, and oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Use tools to enhance the quality of code and design, focusing on constant reduction of code debt.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, build and develop required competence in the team.
  • Mentorship: Mentor team members and prepare them for future roles.

Requirements:

Experience:

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management, and 4-5 years of experience with EVM, Android technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development, mobile technologies like Android, and commonly used Databases like SQL, NoSQL.

Skills and Efficiency:

Personnel and project management skills, expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, organizational, planning, and documentation skills, proficiency in explaining complex information, ability to work on multiple projects, past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools, ability to create qualifications for a new product, stakeholder management, and conflict resolutions.

Communication and Ownership:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with dynamic requirements and able to pivot recruitment strategies as needed.
