Quality Assurance Role:

As a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our deliverables. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and performing inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete QA responsibility as defined by the QA manager to guarantee accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspection and testing of deliverables to confirm quality conformance.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure trend compliance and proper documentation and tracking of issues.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Collect quality data by maintaining issue records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or related field
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation
