About the Role:

Kshema General Insurance Limited is India's only Digital Agri Insurance Company.

Our company caters to farmers/cultivators in the Agriculture Sector, providing resilience from financial distress due to extreme climate events and perils through localised insurance products.

We leverage Technology to provide cutting edge insurance solutions to farmers.

With a pan India presence that includes over 500 employees on roles along with 500+ employees as contractors, we're looking for someone who can help us drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of our Annual Business Plan by expanding distribution, visibility, and market share in North India.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Distribution teams and own end-to-end sales execution.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of work experience in Sales, Distribution & Marketing preferably in Insurance (especially Agri), FMCG, or Banca channels.
  • Domain expertise: Agriculture insurance landscape and rural distribution models.
  • MBA from a premier institute.
  • Proven track record leading large sales teams and meeting ambitious targets.
  • Strong analytical data-warrior mindset; expert in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
  • Solution-oriented, deadline-driven with high attention to detail.
  • Multilingual proficiency: English, Hindi, plus one regional language.
