Explore a challenging career path as a Cloud Maintenance Coordinator, where you will oversee the coordination and execution of maintenance activities in cloud-hosted environments to maximize customer environment availability, performance, and security.

This is a hands-on, operations-focused role in a 24/7 environment, including rotational weekend and on-call duties. As a Cloud Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and managing rolling maintenance schedules for cloud environments, planning and orchestrating D-day execution of maintenance activities, coordinating with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and confirm resource availability, and creating and managing change requests with clear, complete technical details.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 16 years of experience in IT operations, support, or coordination roles, knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or JIRA, self-motivation, solid oral and written communication skills, and Excel skills with the ability to create macros, manage formulas, and reconcile complex evolving files.

The position also requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, adherence to schedules and deadlines, and flexibility, detail-orientation, organization, and multitasking capabilities. Experience or certifications in public cloud platforms, familiarity with IoT platforms, and life at PTC's values are a plus.
