Job Title: Operations and Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operations and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all equipment and systems, and will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine technical checks on equipment and systems to identify potential problems before they occur.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on conveyors, automation systems, and other machinery as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, consumables, and other essential supplies.
  • Assist with facility projects, including minor refurbishments and upgrades.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and HMI software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
