We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and implement efficient administrative procedures.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The goal is to ensure all support activities function seamlessly, enabling other operations to run smoothly.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems for maximum efficiency.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance to optimize productivity.
- Monitor office supplies and manage purchasing within budget constraints.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and supervise office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment.
- Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
- Facilitate information flow within the company to support business operations.
- Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for optimal pricing.
- Manage employee calendars and arrange travel itineraries.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships, including selection, coordination, and delivery commitments.
- Purchase and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Maintain office assets and equipment.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Establish and maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
- Track expenses to ensure compliance with budget.
- Submit reports on administration expenses to senior authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
