Job Title: Digital Advertising Campaign Manager
About Us: At Lotus Interworks, we are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering innovative digital marketing solutions. We seek a highly skilled Digital Advertising Campaign Manager to oversee the administrative and backend aspects of our Google Ads campaigns.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Administration: Support and oversee all administrative functions for Google Ads campaigns, including account setup, ad budget allocation, and campaign monitoring.
- Page and Account Maintenance: Ensure that all Google Ads pages and accounts are properly maintained, with up-to-date information, and aligned with business goals.
- Fund Management and Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage campaign funds, ensuring timely top-ups and proper allocation across campaigns. Work closely with finance teams to track ad spend and forecast future budget needs.
- Campaign Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Handle backend campaign issues such as disapproved ads, policy violations, and billing discrepancies. Liaise with Google Ads support to resolve problems and ensure continuous campaign performance.
- Account Structure Management: Maintain and optimize the account structure, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and negative keyword lists, ensuring optimal organization for performance and scalability.
- Ad Policy Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google's advertising policies and guidelines, making necessary adjustments to avoid penalties or ad rejections.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, budgets, and expenditures. Generate reports that provide insights into the backend performance of campaigns, including spend, fund balances, and delivery rates.
- Performance Analysis Support: Assist the Google Ads team by providing backend data and insights to optimize campaigns for improved ROI. This includes helping identify trends, reviewing account health, and ensuring accurate data collection.
Requirements:
- Google Ads Certification: Required
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing and administering Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on backend and administrative functions.
- Fund and Budget Management: Proven track record of managing campaign funds and budgets for digital advertising campaigns.
- US Market Experience: Experience in managing campaigns for the US market.
- Google Tools: Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other Google tools.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend issues quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Data Reporting: Experience in data reporting and maintaining accurate records of campaign performance and expenditures.
- Digital Marketing Best Practices: Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Large-Scale Budget Management: Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets.
- Multiple Advertising Platforms: Experience working with multiple advertising platforms, including Bing Ads and Facebook Ads, is a plus.
- Google Tag Manager: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Financial Tracking: Previous experience in financial tracking or working closely with finance teams.
