Strategic Equity Growth Manager

The role involves driving revenue expansion and client profitability by leveraging expertise in equity market dynamics. Key responsibilities include facilitating trading account activations, providing insights on equity market trends, and executing trades online or placing orders on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Activate trading accounts for clients and offer guidance on understanding equity market dynamics.
  • Cross-sell investment products such as insurance, mutual funds, PMS, SIP, and initial public offerings to existing clients.
  • Coordinate daily equity trades for clients and assist in executing trades online or placing orders on their behalf.
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring client profitability and long-term engagement.
  • Provide clients with market insights and investment advisory services based on current financial conditions.
  • Acquire new clients through referrals from existing customers.
  • Reactivate inactive clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure timely collection of margins and market-to-market losses.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equity dealing with an Indian broking firm.
  • Hands-on experience in broking with a solid understanding of financial products and market trends.
  • No self-trading experience.
  • NISM Series VIII certification mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in client acquisition, retention strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Prior experience in the broking industry essential.

This is a key role for our Retail business where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and client profitability. The successful candidate will have strong equity market knowledge and sales skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
