Finance Professional Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to join our advisory team as a Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work on finance and investment advisory projects, gain exposure to fundraising and capital markets, and develop their skills in financial modeling, taxation, and GST compliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance, with hands-on experience in financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • DPR & Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
