Project Finance Manager

Financial planning and reporting professionals are in high demand across various industries. This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Finance Specialist who will work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

About the Job:

  • The individual will be responsible for performing financial analysis and building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • They will conduct budgeting activities, provide analytical support to project teams, and prepare financial reports to monitor project costs and provide insights to support financial decision-making.
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, finance expertise, and experience in budgeting, as well as proficiency in financial software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate prospects, structure proposals/term sheets, coordinate due diligence, manage lender/investor communications, negotiate closing documentation, and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Finance, Financial Modeling, and Financial Analysis expertise.
  • Experience in Budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
