Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering insights into solution value proposition, best practices, scalability, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to maximize value from proposed solutions.

Pre-Sales Strategy

  • Drive pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the pre-sales centre of excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.

Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, research, and content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide critical client feedback to product, research, and content teams to refine product and content roadmaps.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategies.

Marketing Initiatives

  • Work with customer success team to understand client engagement dynamics and create compelling case studies articulating value delivered.
  • Articulate ROI delivered by solutions through representative scenarios for strategic accounts.
  • Lead creation of industry-specific pitches to bring contextualization in value proposition.
