Key Call Center Expert

As a Key Call Center Expert, you will provide top-notch support for Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.

  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms is crucial for this role.
  • A basic understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting skills are also required.
  • Knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms will be beneficial for the team.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process awareness, is essential.
  • Clear comprehension of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functioning will ensure seamless operations.
  • Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, including integration with other tools, will be highly valued.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling will help to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Voice and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms will be a major asset.
