Technical Support Specialist

Role: L3 Engineer

As a seasoned Technical Support Specialist, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. With 10+ years of experience in the field, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining cutting-edge telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Develop and implement advanced Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting skills.
  • Create MACD's in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understand VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Deploy Cisco Voice network models and understand the functioning of voice network devices.
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integrate with other Tools.
  • Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling.
  • Work in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice platform and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is required.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication Problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation, and site coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation, and initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication, teamwork, Power point presentation/preparation, and Excel related Analytics.
