Job Title: Senior PR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior PR Manager. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end PR strategies that deliver impactful results.

This high-ownership role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively working with media houses, government stakeholders, and other external partners to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops comprehensive PR plans, from planning to execution, with minimal supervision.
  • Sources editorials, op-eds, and thought leadership pieces across top-tier publications, securing meaningful coverage for our brand.
  • BUILDS strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media owners across policy, business, and impact beats.
  • Manages press relations for critical projects, particularly those involving public sector or compliance-heavy initiatives.
  • Operates under real-world constraints – timelines, budgets, approvals – without compromising results.
  • Runs lean campaigns with agility, crafting compelling narratives for our brand.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in PR/communications, preferably from boutique firms or independent consulting.
  • A proven track record of securing editorials and high-quality coverage with lean teams.
  • Experience handling government projects or public policy communication.
  • A respected reputation in the PR ecosystem, with deep media connections.
  • A self-starter with the hunger and mindset of an entrepreneur.
  • The ability to think on your feet, act under pressure, and deliver without constant supervision.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sustainability, cleantech, policy, or ESG spaces.
  • The ability to script, ghostwrite, or package complex stories simply.
  • Familiarity with media analytics tools (Whiz Keyword, Meltwater, etc.).
