We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Resolving issues promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Maintaining accurate customer records using internal tools
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates to customers
- Coordinating with internal departments for quick resolutions
- Tracking complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Suggesting process improvements for better customer service
- Preparing daily/weekly reports for management review
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports)
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
