
Business Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to fill a key position in our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing contracts with companies requiring staffing/placement support across India.
The primary focus of the role will be on the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to signed master service agreements/service level agreements. You will partner closely with our delivery team to ensure successful ramp-ups and renewals.
This involves owning end-to-end new-logo acquisition, building and managing a qualified pipeline, delivering accurate weekly forecasts, and selling across permanent hiring, contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing/project ramp-ups, and campus drives (IT & Non-IT).
You will create compelling proposals, navigate procurement, vendor onboarding, legal/commercial terms, and compliance. Additionally, you will nurture executive relationships, drive referrals, handoff cleanly to delivery, track fill-rate, time-to-hire, quality of hire, collection cycles, monitor competition, win/loss reasons, and refine go-to-market playbooks.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience closing B2B staffing/placement deals in India, with a strong Noida/Delhi-NCR network. They should have documented quota attainment, proven ability to negotiate and close MSAs/SOWs, and a strong understanding of margins/mark-ups, billing models, RPO/MSP, and typical talent acquisition KPIs.
