User Acquisition Specialist Job Description

This is a high-level position within our growth team, focusing on acquiring quality users at scale and maximizing long-term return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign and cohort-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a full-funnel user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games.
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition key performance indicators (KPIs).
