Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with artists and developers to craft seamless gameplay experiences.
  • Balance game economies to drive player engagement and monetization.
  • Strategize creative marketing and promotional hooks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and refine designs based on player feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in game design (hybrid casual, puzzle preferred).
  • Strong ideation and conceptualization skills.
  • Passion for creating addictive, fun, and player-first experiences.
  • Problem-solving creativity and team collaboration.
  • Unity knowledge and puzzle design experience are plus factors.
