We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Bachelor of Design (Game Design & Animation) program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and professional background in game development, animation, and interactive media, with demonstrated proficiency in visual storytelling and technical skills including programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with industry standards and best practices
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming, and mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with industry partners and lead teams to integrate programming modules into course content
  • Event Organization: Organize game jams, showcases, and co-curricular industry events to provide students with hands-on experience and networking opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field is required
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience in game development, animation, or interactive media
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work is essential
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and team leadership skills are necessary to succeed in this role
