We're seeking a Performance-Driven Mobile App Growth Specialist to drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps.

This role involves executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimising funnels, and ensuring growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels to drive installs and conversions
  • Create and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably
  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimisation
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
