Job Title: Flutter Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter expert to design and build advanced applications for Android and iOS platforms.

About the Role:

This is a highly sought-after position for a talented individual with 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, specializing in Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-quality applications using best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX or MobX etc.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, REST APIs and Third party libraries.
  • Solid understanding of native Android/iOS development (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in publishing and maintaining large-scale apps to the App Store and Google Play.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to modular architecture and clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
  • Good Understanding of UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
