Customer Relationship Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Success Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers, driving customer satisfaction, and exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Help customers develop strategic plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual Business Reviews with key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical experience in the field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing major accounts and building relationships with enterprise clients.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
