We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multiple renovation and fit-out projects for a major client based in Gurugram, Haryana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design through procurement and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget completion of projects.
  • Lead the design process, including design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages.
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers and identify delays and propose acceleration methods.
  • Manage change orders, prepare monthly cost reports, and coordinate with commercial management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects, preferably with international hotel brand standards.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management.
