About the Role

This is a senior-level position overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality standards met.

The role involves process improvement, ensuring adherence to established management, reporting, and governance standards. It also requires operating effectively across various methodologies including waterfall, agile, and DevOps. Additionally, the incumbent will configure software solutions and guide others in configuration according to specifications.

A key responsibility is developing and implementing efficient solutions aligned with industry best practices. The incumbent will assist in the production, review, and execution of test cases against acceptance criteria. Ensuring all processes are followed and relevant documentation is complete and standardized is also crucial.

Other key responsibilities include calculating project burn and cycle time to ensure the project remains within budget, developing a comprehensive understanding of client business requirements, identifying key changes and additions, and presenting viable solution options to the client.

The incumbent must proactively communicate any deviations from the Business Blueprint (BBP) or Statement of Work (SOW). Monitoring and communicating delivery progress to all stakeholders is also essential.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 10-12 years of experience in project methodology. A Bachelor's or engineering degree with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics is required. Sound knowledge of the SAP ERP system and good understanding of Master Data Management domain procedures and practices are necessary.

The candidate should have working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server. Relevant certifications in project management are also required. Proficiency in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills are necessary. A meticulous approach to client needs and quality assurance is also required. The ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementations, work across different time zones, and motivate and lead teams is essential.
