Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Project Management team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in resource allocation, tracking tool provisioning, information sharing, and task scheduling for team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies under senior project manager guidance.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure work meets established standards, specifications, and client requirements.
Operational Support:
  • Improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage administrative duties.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Timely project completion.
  • Proactive risk management.

As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This involves coordinating project activities, tracking schedules, deadlines, and deliverables, and maintaining project documentation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, managing administrative duties, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks as needed. We are looking for an experienced professional who is able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field, and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
