Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent time management skills and be able to plan tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project allocation and capacity management
  • Team management and leadership
  • Monitoring and executing projects within the given timeline
  • Adhering and achieving KPIs
  • Forecasting and flagging project-related concerns proactively
  • Managing communications with multiple stakeholders
  • Handling escalations and deep diving to understand RCA and AIs
  • Preparing reports and drafting MoMs after meetings
  • Acting as a partner to the client - providing solutions
  • Being proactive in project management and process evaluation

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Confident and empathic listener
