  • Deliver exceptional finishes for state-of-the-art hospital facilities, leveraging your creative expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects through technical coordination.
  • Oversee interior construction management, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Schedule projects efficiently and monitor progress closely.
  • Align with project construction teams and leaders to drive success.
  • Evaluate project valuations, handle billing, and maintain quality control.
  • Source high-end materials and coordinate installation effectively.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams and other stakeholders on project coordination.
  • Familiarity with BIM is a plus in this role.
  • Manage fast-track projects with ease and confidence.
  • Have knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project or Primavera, identifying key milestones and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring snag-free handovers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Prior experience in hospitals and hotels is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in team management roles.
