Are you a skilled database professional looking for a challenging role?
We are seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Database Administrator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting high-availability clustering using PostgreSQL technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure high-availability clustering utilizing PostgreSQL technologies.
- Implement problem detection and prevention strategies to reduce database issues and improve service quality.
- Perform production support administration tasks including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, tracing, backup, recovery, and on-call support.
- Provide technical guidance for integration, testing, design, development, planning of new production systems/databases.
Education Qualification & Certification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Any professional certification on Database technologies is valued add.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in PostgreSQL Database Administration.
- Proficiency in logical and physical design of database, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in DB2 LUW and MongoDB administration is an added advantage.
