Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee large-scale LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation.">
  • Leverage expertise in Python to architect and develop scalable microservices and APIs for AI features.">
  • Collaborate closely with MLOps teams to deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.">
  • Evaluate and optimize performance, cost efficiency, and security in LLM workflows.">
  • Mentor team members on Python best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.">
  • Stay current with emerging advancements in AI/LLM technology and propose adoption where beneficial.">

Proficiency in Python programming languages (FastAPI, Flask).">Experience with large language model integration (OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex).">Understanding of RAG pipeline architecture (vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).">Prompt engineering & evaluation techniques knowledge.">Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).">REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture knowledge.">">

Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.">Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.">Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.">Knowledge of agentic AI or Model Context Protocol (MCP).">Background in data pipelines (ETL, streaming data).">
