Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned software architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Own features end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Decision Making: Drive technical decision-making across the product and the platform , ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and AI Research to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level Proficiency: 6+ years of expert-level proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Front-end Experience: Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
  • Complex System Architecting: Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
  • Software Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Ai-assisted Development Tools: Familiarity with ai-assisted development tools and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
