Job Title - Senior Software Engineer

This position involves leading the design and development of high-performance backend applications, services, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, database architecture, data analytics, and AI/ML integration.

The role requires driving architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions leveraging technologies like Kafka, Spark, Redis, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robust Core Java applications to meet business requirements.
  • Achieve technical excellence by architecting and optimizing scalable RESTful APIs for enterprise-grade systems.
  • Drive performance tuning, memory management, multi-threading, and concurrency improvements to ensure system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend (ReactJS) and DevOps, for end-to-end delivery of software solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases for large-scale, high-volume datasets to drive business insights.
  • Build and lead data analytics pipelines to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into production systems to enable intelligent automation and predictive capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning to foster knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee cloud-native deployments and manage environments on AWS/Azure/GCP to ensure scalability and reliability.
Preferred Skills
  • Expert-level Core Java programming skills.
  • Proven experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and distributed system architectures.
  • Advanced database skills, including SQL and NoSQL database management.
  • Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture, caching, and big data frameworks.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML model lifecycle, including training, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools to drive business decision-making.
  • Understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient software delivery.
