Job Description

Vitelco seeks a seasoned Reporting and Analytics Expert with expertise in extracting value from large datasets, preparing comprehensive reports, and conducting data-driven analyses. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining robust reporting systems, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly valued. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to distill complex data into actionable insights that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably related to customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Proficiency in English.
