Strategic Financial Leader

About this role

We are seeking an experienced strategic financial leader to lead our financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis initiatives. This individual will partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Must be a CA or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
