Job Title:

Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume a critical role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analytics and the ability to work effectively with large datasets.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing recurring and ad-hoc reporting, conducting in-depth analyses, and designing interactive dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop and manage reports using Excel and other tools, perform complex data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and design interactive dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Operational Support: Provide support to the team by ensuring accurate data management, conducting audits and data checks, and maintaining internal planning processes.
  • Crm Data Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data, enhance data accuracy through validation exercises, and analyze market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics and experience working with large datasets & tools including Excel & SQL.
  • Experience in working with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and/or Presto, Anaplan, familiarity with CRM platforms and data quality principles, advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis, process improvement experience & mindset, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action, strong communication and collaboration skills, has an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality, experience working on operations-heavy workstreams like territory management, account allocation.
