Growth Catalyst Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Catalyst to lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations that drive real impact.

  • Building data-driven dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partnerships with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Proactive insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.

The role also involves conducting ongoing market research, building mini-strategies for growth experiments, and preparing concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to ensure alignment and effective implementation of growth strategies.
