Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Excel. Manage existing processes and set up new ones.
  • Forecast monthly supply onboardings based on historical data and seasonal trends, planning manpower requirements accordingly.
  • Assign leads efficiently for quick onboarding and follow-up on potential partners.
  • Ensure all incoming leads are effectively utilized and converted.

Platform Experience:

  • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points.
  • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions.
  • Build communication plans and execute them using different channels.

Team Management:

  • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and explore solutions to improve efficiency and output.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to team leads.
  • Interact with cross-functional stakeholders highlighting partner pain points and work with them to streamline solutions.
