Supply Chain Planning Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand planning strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with category teams to gather forecasts and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure timely procurement of packaging materials.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in supply chain planning and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
