Supply Chain Planning Expert

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, with expertise in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and materials requirement planning.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. They will work closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and global business leaders to evaluate problem statements, analyze requirements, and build solutions.

  • Develop composite workbooks in RapidResponse to analyze and visualize supply chain data.
  • Create transformation workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, and forms to automate business processes.
  • Design and develop embedded algorithms and workflows to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Author or enhance scorecards and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance.
  • Enhance business planning logic in the RapidResponse environment to support strategic decision-making.
  • Closed-loop development to ensure seamless integration of supply chain planning and execution systems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with expertise in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and materials requirement planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, and web services, including macros, embedded algorithms, and workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse Data Governance, Data Model, and Scenarios Architecture.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with other source ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Kinaxis Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certified, Level 2 in Admin, and at least 3 solution certifications in RapidResponse.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.
  • Able to identify gaps in existing processes, design and develop the solution, configure the system.
  • Build automation of processes in vendor collaboration, forecasting, demand & supply planning etc.
  • Conduct workshops to understand business process requirements and propose the best possible solutions.
  • Configure system, design resources like workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts, etc.
  • Design and develop technical and functional specifications.
  • Working knowledge of any popular ERP system (SAP ERP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Good problem-solving and analytic skillset with an ability to innovate.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiations skills.
