Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Supply Chain Leader to spearhead the growth of our festive ethnic wear label, Tavira. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling our supply chain, ensuring speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.

Your primary objective will be to build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone that can handle rapid launches, seasonal peaks, and national scale, while maintaining uncompromised craftsmanship and quality.

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity across our supply chain network.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to forecast demand, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best-in-class systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics to enhance speed and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production.
  • Strong foundation in education (IIT/IIM) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain, with exposure to either new-age startups or large-scale industry supply chains, is preferred.
  • Strong inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization skills.
  • Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
