Job Description:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the entire HR Function for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent by initial screening, personal interviews, and telephonic interviews, as well as handling the entire joining process of new candidates.

Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process for new joiners is also a critical aspect of this role. You will assess training needs to train, counsel, and coach employees, while cultivating and developing a healthy working culture within our organization.

Administrative duties will include carrying out necessary tasks to support the overall business strategy. You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives, while bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital is also an essential responsibility of this role. Additionally, you will maintain pay plans and benefits programs, involve in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling of relevant profiles for respective roles, scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline.
