Senior Validation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our validation efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in developing and implementing validation strategies and processes.
- This role is focused on defining validation requirements and priorities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- You will be responsible for establishing validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
Your duties will include overseeing the execution of validation activities, reviewing and approving test scripts, performing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed, ensuring end-to-end documentation, and providing regular updates and reports on validation activities.
Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
