As we expand globally, we need an IT Support Specialist to ensure secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data (HIPAA, SOC2 alignment).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
