Job Title: Operations Technical Learning Specialist

This role is focused on developing and executing internal learning programs on the Business Process Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to quickly troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Content: Design and develop high-quality training content that supports business strategies to internal Operations employees.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using various methods including WebEx webinars, Teams, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Assess program effectiveness using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve quality.
  • Research Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement competitive learning methodologies, delivery methods, and technologies to boost adult learning engagement and retention.
  • Manage Training Resources: Manage training-related resources in various libraries (WebEx, Jive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and ensure access controls are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 2-3 years of instructional design skills.
  • Facilitation Skills: Excellent facilitation skills that foster engagement in a web-based or in-person environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and preferred knowledge of Articulate 360, Salesforce, Webex, Camtasia, and/or SharePoint.
