You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our trading platforms and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain resilient systems that meet the demands of our fast-paced trading environment.

• System and Infrastructure Reliability:
  • Evaluate and enhance system performance to ensure low-latency trading and fast order execution.
  • Implement fault-tolerant architectures and systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous availability of trading services.
• Fault Tolerance and Resilience:
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in trading operations.
• Monitoring and Incident Response:
  • Monitor trading volumes and system usage to forecast capacity requirements and plan for scaling infrastructure to handle peak trading loads.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve overall system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect trading systems and customer data from unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by SEBI and other regulatory bodies.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and best practices.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with other teams to improve overall system reliability and operational efficiency.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ Years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
