Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies tailored to each property's unique needs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify lucrative pricing opportunities
  • Prepare and share regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with stakeholders, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends, identifying insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Utilize Cloudbeds (a leading Property Management System) to adjust rates, manage restrictions, and optimize inventory, maximizing revenue potential
  • Conduct competitor set analysis and track market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving hospitality landscape
  • Develop and manage OTA pricing, availability, and promotions, ensuring seamless integration with overall revenue strategy
  • Generate and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment
  • Provide input on distribution strategy, including new channel opportunities or rate plan adjustments, optimizing revenue streams
  • Recommend process improvements and support training of junior staff or revenue support roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
