Performance Marketing Expert

Our team is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute campaigns across digital platforms, manage budgets, and optimize for revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, generate actionable insights, implement retargeting and remarketing strategies, and optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.
  • Collaboration & Content: Coordinate with brand and design teams for high-performing creatives, recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AMS.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
