Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive revenue growth across various segments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, as well as executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard corporate and institutional partners for strategic partnerships.
  • Develop compelling proposals, partnership decks, and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) to secure deals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless student enrollment experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital and outreach campaigns, including events, email, and referral programs.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving direct sales growth in B2C training & certification enrollments.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies for B2B segments (universities, corporates, consulting clients).
  • Support pricing, partnership, and revenue model innovation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
