Job Title: Senior Manager

This senior management position is responsible for the analysis and implementation of strategies to maximize revenue across all business streams.

  • Maintain and improve market share goals through effective data analysis and utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends in group inventories & rates.
  • Develop and implement region-specific growth strategies, establish performance benchmarks to effectively measure progress.
  • Monitor the competition weekly to identify selling strategies and emerging trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of ten years experience with travel / airline/ hotel industry & three to five years in Revenue Management.

Skillset:

  • Familiarity with hospitality sales, marketing, and other revenue management functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication & organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
