Customer Support and Content Associate Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Content Associate.
This role requires passion, dedication, and excellent communication skills in both spoken and written languages.
The primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving queries, complaints, and providing detailed information through various channels.
A strong listening skill and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively complete tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand products and services offered by the company.
- Support customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Provide detailed information to customers.
- Maintain records of each phone call for future reference.
- Train new employees to enhance their skills.
- Offer exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for further information.
- Take feedback from customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
- Create content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
- Contribute to social media and website content.
Requirements:
- Excellent fluency in spoken and English.
- Strong command over written and English.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
- Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Quick learner with an exceptional ability to make decisions.
- Flexible for rotational shifts and weekly offs.
